ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY AND ALL OTHER ONLINE POLICIES INFORMATION

If merchandise is returned, as sold, together with the original receipt, we are happy to refund within 14 days or Exchange within 28 days.

A Gift Receipt entitles the holder to an exchange / credit note only.

Reduced price merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt for a refund / exchange / credit note.

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

An exchange / credit note may be given at the current retail price if the original receipt is not available.

For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange / refund policy does not extend to a small number of products such as earrings.

Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Deposits are available in our shop but not online.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Celtic Roots Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Celtic Roots Studio will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
